T90 will be main battle tank in near future. Old t-72 will be modernised to t-90 level. So there is no point to build many new T-90 from zero. And T-95 will cost more or less, so not so great number will see service in near future. Like one general said: We were step by step with them (Americans). But due collapse of SU and no fundings we lost all generation of weapons. Only exports saved our industry"
